Frontly Door Maker is a workshop-focused gadget for compatible Vectric software. Enter a mixed order of one-piece routed or two-piece insert-panel doors, then generate door geometry, sheet layouts, part labels, material estimates and customer quotations from one set of sizes.
Developed around Frontly's own door-making workflow and used by Frontly to manufacture doors.

- One-piece or two-piece doors: choose front-pocket geometry or the established separate insert-panel construction.
- Metric and imperial: decimal and fractional inch entry, square-metre or square-foot pricing, and US stock presets.
- Material costing: estimate by area plus waste or by whole nested sheets using your actual material prices.
- Customer quotes: add your business details, logo, customer address and quote validity; export a printable quotation with internal costs kept in a separate file.
- Extras and discounts: include painting, hinge drilling, delivery or another service, with separate costs and selling rates.
- Saved workshop presets: reuse construction, material, nesting and pricing settings while retaining the current order.
- Quote-only export: prepare a quotation without creating drawing vectors.
- Simpler four-tab interface: Order, Construction, Production, and Costing & quote. The old 2D preview has been removed.
Prices and tax rates are entered by you. Currency selection changes the displayed currency; it does not convert amounts. Whole-sheet estimates follow the gadget's nesting rules. Quotes can be printed or saved as PDF from your browser.

Supports metric and inch jobs. Start each batch in a blank job. A separate licence for one of the compatible Vectric applications is required.
This version generates geometry and production information. It does not create automatic toolpaths. You create and preview your toolpaths in your Vectric software and remain responsible for your machine settings. Frontly is independent of Vectric and is not endorsed by it.
What you receive
A commercial Door Maker .vgadget installer, updated customer guide, example orders, licence certificate, release notes and licence/support terms. Cabinet Maker is a separate product and is not included. Production build: 1.1 RC2; the internal build label is retained for traceability.
Automatic email delivery
After successful payment, a download link is emailed to your checkout address. Your ZIP contains the installer, customer guide, example order, licence document, release notes and support terms. Your paid order confirmation identifies the licensed purchaser and order reference. Keep it with the licence document. No separate activation code or manual licence-name submission is needed. Use the correct purchaser or business details at checkout. For missing download emails or corrections, contact sales@frontly.uk with your order number. This is software; no physical item or shipping charge is involved.
Support and refunds
Email support covers installation, use of the documented features and reproducible software faults. It does not include CNC programming, toolpaths, tooling, machine setup or custom development.
Cancel before delivery for a full refund. If it does not suit your workflow, contact us within 14 days of receiving the software for a full refund, including after download. A refunded licence must no longer be used. This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Licence summary
You may manufacture and sell products created using the gadget. The software itself may not be shared between businesses, redistributed or resold. You may replace a computer by removing its old installation first. The named Frontly seller and contact details are those on your order confirmation and store contact information.
Software licence and purchase terms
1. Your purchase
The seller is the Frontly trading business identified on your order confirmation and the store's contact information. Contact sales@frontly.uk. These software-specific terms accompany the product description, order confirmation and licence certificate. They do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Licence
After payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence for the business or individual identified as the purchaser on your paid Frontly order confirmation to use Frontly Door Maker version 1 on up to two computers under your control, unless your certificate states a different number. You may continue using the purchased version without a subscription. A replacement computer may take the place of an old one after the old installation is removed. A backup copy is permitted.
3. Your work and restrictions
You may use, manufacture and sell doors, panels and other outputs created with the software. Your projects and manufactured products remain yours. Do not share the installer or installed software with another business, publish it, resell it, rent it out, sublicense it or remove its licence identification. Rights that applicable law expressly permits are unaffected. Contact Frontly if the licensed business changes.
4. What is supplied
The product supplies drawing geometry, sheet layouts, matching panel geometry, labels, saved-order tools, material estimates and customer quotations. It does not create CNC toolpaths or provide Vectric, a post-processor, a machine controller or physical goods. The supported environment is Windows with compatible Vectric software, with metric and inch job support. Frontly is independent of Vectric and is not endorsed by it.
5. Delivery
After successful payment, a download link for your customer pack is emailed to the address entered at checkout. It contains the standard commercial installer, guide, example order, licence information, release notes and support terms. Your paid order confirmation identifies the licensed purchaser and order reference. Keep it with the licence document. No separate activation code or manual licence-name submission is needed. To correct purchaser details or report a missing download email, contact sales@frontly.uk with your order number. If delivery is delayed, contact us for a revised date or a refund before supply.
6. Support and updates
Twelve months of email support and version 1 updates made available by Frontly are included from delivery. Support covers installation in the supported environment, use of the documented features and investigation of reproducible software faults. It does not include CNC programming, toolpaths, cutters, feeds, speeds, workholding, machine setup, third-party software or custom development. New major versions may be offered separately. No future feature or compatibility expansion is promised. Expiry of the included support period does not switch off the purchased version or reduce statutory rights.
7. Refunds and faults
You may cancel before delivery for a full refund. We also offer a full refund if you contact sales@frontly.uk within 14 days after receiving the software because it does not suit your workflow, including after download. Quote your order number. If refunded, stop using the software and remove its copies. This voluntary policy adds to, and does not limit, applicable statutory rights. For a fault, contact us with the error and your supported setup so that we can provide the remedy you are entitled to. We do not apply a blanket 'no refunds on downloads' rule.
8. Workshop operation
Review dimensions, hinge orientation, panel fit, sheet sizes and material thicknesses. Create and preview toolpaths using your own machining knowledge. Do not machine the Part Labels / DO NOT CUT layer. The software does not approve machining settings or replace competent machine operation. These instructions do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Information and termination
We use licence and order details to issue and support the software under the store's privacy policy. Diagnostic files can contain project names and computer paths; remove unrelated sensitive information before sharing. A material licence breach may result in termination after notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it where appropriate. Termination does not remove accrued rights or statutory remedies.
A compatible Vectric licence is required separately. Frontly is independent of Vectric and is not endorsed by it. Product renders are illustrations, not software screenshots.
