Slab Kitchen Doors & Drawer Fronts Made to Measure

Flat slab kitchen doors and drawer fronts give cabinetry a simple, unframed face. Order custom sizes for a complete kitchen refresh or combine slab drawers with framed doors for a balanced design.

A plain front with room for your own finish

A slab front has no recessed centre panel or surrounding Shaker frame. Its character comes from the finished colour, handles and the way the fronts line up across the kitchen. It is a useful option for an uncluttered scheme and for shallow drawers where a framed profile may not leave enough room for a centre panel.

If you want some framed detail, compare slab fronts with skinny Shaker or traditional Shaker doors. The Frontly builder can hold different styles and dimensions in one order.

Measure drawer fronts as carefully as doors

Measure the existing visible front, not the drawer box behind it. Record height and width in millimetres, quantity and a clear label for its position in the kitchen. Check the attachment method and keep any existing hardware that will be reused. The door builder's hinge-drilling choices relate to door hinges; do not select them for a drawer front.

Read the door and drawer measuring guide before sending the order. If a front no longer fits properly, investigate the cabinet, hinges or runners before copying its size.

Unfinished and primed options

Choose unfinished for your own preparation and painting, or select primed before applying the final decorative finish. Primed is not a finished paint colour. Plan compatible coatings and finishing time with whoever will paint the fronts.
